and i've had some time.

It's been a long while since I've blogged.
I suppose that I just gave myself a lot of space to think for awhile.

Well, a lot of things have happened.
I've decided to go on with the surgery.
I've made some new friends.
Drifted from others.
I've realized a few new things concerning my musical future..

I've also realized that my favorite key is B.
Though I never use it..
Mostly because when I try to write a song with it, I never get further than a few measures.
That all of course has a lot of other metaphorical meaning in it.
Take it for what you will.

I need to get more proactive about my music.
I'm slacking.
I need to be able to take the next step somewhere.
I guess recording a professional CD is a start.
And then just playing shows as much as possible is the next step I guess.

The most activity comes in the smallest amount of time.
Always.

This year feels like a repeat of last year actually.
The only difference is that I'm not mentally retarded this year.

Back to music again.
I think something really good will happen this year.
I can almost taste it.
I just need to open my mind more.
I don't seem able to fully let everything in.
But it's time to start.
